My Journey
The last summer before the start of the 10 day war in Slovenia, which marks the beginning of the bloody wars in Yugoslavia was epic. With two of my friends (Dusan and Gorazd) we cycled along the Adriatic coast from Rijeka to the Albanian border.
The Slovenian war of independence from 27 June 1991 to 7 July 1991 marked the beginnig of the bloody civil war in the former Yugoslavia. I just finished my high school and was preparing to get to the University when all hell broke loose. The rest is history.
My academic research over the years evolved from Concrete Technology, Construction Management to Digital Engineering and Digital Twins. I also studied nonlinear dynamics in labour productivity, construction efficiency, effectiveness and innovation.
